October 5, 2026. What started with a very special Pink Warrior Scag Patriot mower turned into something much bigger: $10,318 was raised for the Gertrude C. Ford Hope Lodge! SCAG Power Equipment company released a very special mower this year: a beautiful “Pink Warrior” Patriot mower created to raise awareness and show support for the ongoing fight against breast cancer. Each time a customer has bought one, $250 has been donated towards breast cancer research! Thank you SCAG!
Breast cancer has impacted our families at Revell many times and we had the idea to maybe take the SCAG promotion a little further. We decided to have a fundraiser for a local charity to benefit cancer patients. We chose Gertrude C. Ford Hope Lodge located in Jackson. Hope Lodge is a wonderful place that provides a comfortable, supportive and free place to stay for cancer patients and their care-givers so they can focus on what matters most: healing.
Revell Outdoor Power donated a Pink Warrior mower we had in stock so that it could be raffled off. Over the past few months we sold raffle tickets with 100% of the ticket sales to be given to Hope Lodge.
Customers, friends, neighbors and family members have all pitched in and we appreciate each and every one of you. Donations were also made by our team members at Revell, even though they weren’t eligible for the drawing.
To everyone who helped make it possible, THANK YOU! Your support turned a mower raffle into $10,318 raised to benefit cancer patients and their families right here in Central Mississippi.
On September 30, 2026, we held a brief ceremony to draw the winner and present the check to Hope Lodge. Congratulations to our Pink Warrior winner: Michael Crum. We recorded the ceremony and we also recorded Michael’s reaction when we called to tell him he had won. We have shared both videos on our Facebook pages if you’d like to watch them!
Great people. Great cause. Power with a Purpose.
